As a recruiter, you will help curate a talented community of engaged and passionate team members. By bringing in the most talented people possible, endless opportunities to shape and elevate the slice culture will come your way. You will be able to develop your skills and play with new ideas as we deliver on our promise to the business - the right people, in the right role, at the right time

Job Location - Bangalore (onsite)

Job Type - Contract (6 Months)

**What You will do**
- Full cycle recruitment - Source and recruit talent through sourcing, networking, direct approach, referrals, etc.
- Strong stakeholder management, determining selection criteria of especially for engineering teams like Mobile, Backend etc.
- Come up with recruiting and staffing strategies.
- Be a part of Mobile Technology hiring team and meet recruitment goals

**Qualifications**:
**What you will need**
- Minimum of 2-4 years of prior experience in technology hiring for startups/product based companies
- A tremendous ability to communicate to all levels and functions both internally and externally.
- An overwhelming desire to find innovative ways to bring in top-tier talent.
- Excellent in negotiations and closures
- Strong Mobile hiring experience is a plus
