This is a Early talent partner role and will be reporting to the Regional University Relations, Early Talents and Employer Branding coordinator and in constant contact with the Talent Acquisition HUB Lead and Global Employer Branding Manager at a global grade 13 in Global Business Operation based in Bangalore, India. You will be primarily responsible for development of expert services within India, while attracting and retaining a skilled workforce in line with Global and business strategies.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Helping market, coordinate and contribute to manage the existing ABB Discovery rotational program. This includes continuous contacts with the business stakeholders, the other GBS HR colleagues and the participants. Contribute to the review of the process to make it more efficient. Keep KPI and data tracking.
- Set up, promote and contribute to finalize other initiatives and programs that support the pipeline of early talents and professionals for ABB India.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business/HR/Communications related fields and experience in high performing global organization.
- Good knowledge of the India campus recruitment environment and Experience with branding and communications, ideally developing marketing and social media plans.
- Active work experience with the major Social Media channels is considered a plus.
- End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects.
- Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders.
- Very good communication skills, strong customer service orientation.
- Team spirit and Professional English knowledge, both written and oral.
