**Job Requirements**Scope**:
The Global Senior Talent Partner, Leadership Hiring, is responsible for leading and executing executive-level recruitment strategies across the organization. This role involves partnering with senior leadership and HR teams to understand the strategic talent needs of the business and to identify, attract, and hire exceptional leadership talent globally. The position requires a deep understanding of the business, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, along with expertise in executive hiring processes and methodologies.
- Strategic Hiring:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent hiring strategies to attract top-tier executive talent.
- Work closely with senior executives to understand leadership needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent for current and future needs.
- Facilitate & lead interview assessment and selection processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational values and culture
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to define and refine role requirements and desired competencies.
- Provide expert guidance and advice on market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in leadership hiring.
4.Diversity & Inclusion
- Develop strategies to attract diverse leadership talent and promote an inclusive hiring culture.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and measure the effectiveness of hiring processes.
6. Executive Onboarding:
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement effective onboarding programs for new executive hires.
- Ensure a smooth transition and integration for new leaders, supporting their success in the organization.

- 10 - 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on executive-level hiring.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, as well as to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industry and market trends relevant to the business.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
