We're seeking a sharp, results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join Seekho's high-growth team. You'll be the strategic architect of our talent pipeline, owning the complete hiring lifecycle across both technical and non-technical roles. In our fast-scaling edutainment environment, your ability to identify exceptional talent quickly while maintaining rigorous quality standards will be critical to fueling our expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Hunt and attract top-tier talent through advanced Boolean search techniques, headhunting networks, and passive candidate sourcing
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs, not just immediate openings
Develop innovative sourcing strategies including employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement
Stakeholder Partnership & Role Design:
Define comprehensive candidate profiles and success metrics for each position in collaboration with stakeholders
Provide strategic guidance on market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability trends
Market Intelligence & Relationship Building:
Cultivate long-term relationships with passive candidates, recruitment agencies, and industry networks
- Stay current on talent market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging recruitment technologies
- Represent Seekho at industry events, job fairs, and networking activities to strengthen employer brand
- 4-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with preference for agency, headhunting, or VC talent partner backgrounds
- Proven track record in fast-scaling startup environments or high-growth technology companies
- Technical recruiting experience preferred, with understanding of engineering, product, and data roles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills with ability to influence hiring decisions
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and ATS management
- Strong cultural assessment abilities to evaluate candidate fit within startup environments
- Self-directed and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced scaling environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to represent company brand effectively
- Proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities
