One of our Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for non-Tech recruitment.

We're looking for someone who's creative, proactive, and passionate about finding great talent. Will work closely with hiring managers, own end-to-end hiring, and play a key role in shaping the recruitment process.

KRA's

● Drive full cycle hiring across non-tech roles.

● Craft innovative sourcing strategies, tap into non-tech communities, and build a strong pipeline.

● Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define what great looks like.

● Deliver a top-notch candidate experience—timely, personal, and transparent.

● Experiment with hiring channels, content, and campaigns to build brand visibility.

● Track hiring metrics and continuously improve the process.
