We are looking for enthusiastic **freshers** to join our team as **Client Training & Support Executives** for **Traviyo**, our travel CRM and automation platform. If you enjoy helping others, are eager to learn, and are comfortable with technology, this is a great opportunity to start your career in the travel tech industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide product training and onboarding support to new Traviyo clients.
- Conduct online training sessions to help clients understand system features and usage.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting basic technical or functional issues.
- Maintain records of training and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the tech team for escalated issues.
**Who Can Apply**:
- Freshers with **B. Tech (CSE/IT/EEE/ECE)** or **BCA** degrees.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and help clients succeed with the platform.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
