**Job Title**: Client Relationship Associate (CRA)

**Job Location**: A100, Sector 4, Noida (Near Sector 16 Metro Station).

**Salary**: ₹15,100/month (inclusive of ESI Card)

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Client Relationship Associates (CRA) at The OmniJobs. The CRA will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Engage with potential clients via phone calls to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- **Effective Communication**: Articulate the organization’s goals, initiatives, and offerings clearly and effectively to clients.
- **Client Query Resolution**: Address client queries promptly and provide accurate and timely solutions to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Ensure that all team goals are met with efficiency and accuracy.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduation completed.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage with clients over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹15,100/month (inclusive of ESI Card).
- **Attendance Bonus**: ₹500/month.
