**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Client Relationship Associates (CRA) for one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in client relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients through calls to build and maintain relationships.
- Explain the organization's goals, initiatives, and offerings effectively to clients.
- Address client queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduation completed.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage with clients over the phone.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.

**Job Location**:A100, Sector 4, Noida (Near Sector 16 Metro Station)

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹15,100/month (inclusive of ESI Card)
- **Attendance Bonus**: ₹500/month
- **Incentives**: Attractive incentive structure based on performance.
