**Description**:
As a Client Relationship Associate (CRA) at our esteemed establishment, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong and enduring relationships with our valued clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address queries, and provide timely solutions.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized attention.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively educate clients and offer suitable recommendations.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference and analysis.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th passed or Graduation completed from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Customer-centric approach with a keen focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
