Job Summary:
APPNEURAL Pvt. Ltd. Is looking Client Relationship Associate responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for service enhancement or upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure they receive appropriate service levels.
- Update client records and maintain accurate account information.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services or products to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue potential.
- Track client feedback and report insights to the management team.
- Support in analyzing performance metrics to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Facilitate client onboarding and guide clients through processes or product usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum: 12th Pass.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
