Customer Relationship Associate

**Location**: Sector 2, Noida
**Experience**: 1-3Years
**Salary**: 15,000 per month + incentives

**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive **Customer Relationship Associate** who will act as the bridge between clients and our team. The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building ability, and advanced Excel expertise to maintain accurate reports and client data.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound queries with professionalism.
- Build strong and long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed call logs, client records, and follow-up schedules in Excel.
- Create daily/weekly/monthly client engagement reports using advanced Excel (dashboards, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth process flow.
- Ensure all client needs and follow-ups are handled promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (any stream), 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in **Advanced Excel** for reporting and analysis.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
