Program Coordinator

**The Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented, agile Program Coordinator to support Inviso’s worldwide Solution Assessment business, interfacing primarily with the Consulting Services Director overseeing the global program, as well as with our regional teams/leads and Microsoft clients.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating activities across our WW Solution Assessment business
- Monitor and report on initiatives undertaken by the Solution Assessment team
- Project tracking, KPI tracking, etc.
- Support Rhythm of Business activities, (monthly, quarterly, etc.) by aggregating data, creating presentations, and compiling feedback across teams for both internal (Inviso) and external (Microsoft) audiences
- Engage with regional teams to support data hygiene, across Inviso and Microsoft systems
- Triage incoming requests and engage with appropriate teams to resolve

**Successful applicants will have**:

- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in program coordination/management including operational functions
- Strong preference for applicants who have worked within the Microsoft ecosystem, whether as Vendor or Partner
- Familiarity with Microsoft internal CRM tools and data will be a very strong differentiator
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s Solution Assessment program is an additional differentiator
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage the timely delivery of a portfolio of multiple initiatives concurrently and balance priorities and ambiguity successfully - organizational skills are key
- Capability in working with financial as well as other data, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience preparing presentations from data with mínimal or no oversight for a defined purpose or audience
