About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Program & Operations Manager to support the smooth execution of our programs and internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, efficient, thrives in remote environments, and is genuinely passionate about the healing and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day backend operations and inter-department coordination
  • Oversee program timelines, healing sessions, and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain internal trackers, calendars, SOPs, and reports
  • Coordinate with healers, delivery teams, client success leads, and vendors
  • Manage backend communication, documentation, emails, and follow-ups
  • Support onboarding of clients and internal teams
  • Track program performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
  • Improve processes and automation for operational efficiency
  • Assist with participant engagement, response handling, and feedback collection

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations/program management
  • Experience in healing/wellness/coaching industry preferred
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Zoom & preferably Zoho
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Self-motivated, highly responsible, and comfortable working remotely
  • Genuine passion for spiritual growth, emotional healing, and human transformation
  • Customer grievance handling

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools
  • CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
  • Understanding of basic analytics & reporting
  • Familiarity with social media workflows and email coordination
