**About the role**:

- 8:00pm IST or 12:00pm - 9:00pm IST to align with their schedule.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve any conflicts or challenges with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Support additional recruiting activities and events, contributing creative ideas and providing logístical support as needed.

**What you'll bring**:

- At least one year as a coordinator or other recruiting or HR function with a strong emphasis on scheduling and operational support.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex schedules simultaneously with patience and perseverance.
- The desire to learn the talent acquisition space inclusive of sourcing, recruiting, and operations.
- Working knowledge of local labor laws.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or other HR technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and patiently with diverse individuals.
- Excitement about being part of a fast-paced team with lofty hiring goals.
