**THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA**
**THE ROLE**
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will assist our Recruiting team with interview coordination, project management, and the execution of our talent acquisition and talent branding efforts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple departments and time zones at a fast pace including sharing interview packets, communicating schedules and gathering feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate reporting within our internal tools and ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- Participating in special projects or initiatives in alignment with overall business strategy
**THE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a corporate or agency environment, experience with a startup or tech environment a plus
- Incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, strong collaborator who can shift communication styles to work with different types of people
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), G-Suite, Slack, Linkedin, etc
A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites
In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
