What you'll do?

Recruitment Process Coordination:- Manage logistics for virtual or on-site interviews, including meeting room bookings and technology setup.- Communicate interview details to all stakeholders and ensure timely updates.- Ensure a positive experience by managing professional and courteous interactions.

Collaboration and Coordination:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.- Support onboarding activities as needed.

Compliance and Process Adherence:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and organizational policies.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).- Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration (1-2 years preferred).- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
