**About The Job**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the interview scheduling process, including remote (video conferencing), onsite, and live event interviews.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and logístical challenges, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their scheduling needs and preferences.
- Coordinate conference rooms for interviews.
- Assist with the planning and execution of recruiting events, such as career fairs or virtual information sessions.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to the recruiting coordination function.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of scheduling requests and striving to meet scheduling goals.
- Provide exceptional support to the recruiting team and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Recruiting Coordinator or Scheduler, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage complex and high-volume interview schedules.
- Strong proficiency in coordinating various interview formats, including remote (video conferencing), onsite, and live event interviews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting professional, warm, and detailed communications with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and logístical challenges in a timely manner.
- Comfort and experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage time effectively and meet scheduling quotas or targets.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic startup setting.
- Familiarity with basic HR principles and recruiting processes.
- A proactive and resourceful approach with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the overall success of the recruiting team.
Rate: ₹350 to ₹800 per hour based on experience and qualifications
