Join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator for the opportunity to:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment process for various positions within our organization. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating interviews with our leadership team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires as needed.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or another relevant field.
- Must have at least 1+ year of experience in recruiting (direct sourcing) for a B2B SaaS organization.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition practices.
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels of team members.
- You’ll be knowledgeable with any ATS system, MS Office and/or GSuite of products. Familiarity with FreshTeam a plus.
- Proficient with the web/internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great customers.
