P.S: We highly recommend reading The "API-First World" graphic novel to understand the bigger picture and our vision at Postman. **The Opportunity**: **What You’ll Do** - Build and document new recruiting coordination processes as needed. - Create and format new hire offer letters in accordance with company templates and guidelines, ensuring offer letters accurately reflect the terms and conditions of employment. - Own background checks for new hires, which includes correspondence with applicants to request any necessary documentation, and evaluating checks upon completion. - Assist in identifying obstacles and enhancements in our recruiting process and actively contribute to finding solutions through a combination of data, tools, and collaborative efforts. - Help scale and iterate on recruiting operations and processes to keep up with our hiring goals. **About You** - A **minimum** of 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably at a rapidly growing enterprise technology company. - **MUST** have Greenhouse experience. - A successful track record of efficiently managing multiple scheduling and customer requirements simultaneously with a high attention to detail. - Strong organizational and time-management skills that enables you to prioritize tasks effectively while supporting multiple recruiters. - Ability to adapt to and manage last-minute changes in order to thrive in an ever-evolving environment with shifting priorities. - Willing to take ownership across wide-ranging responsibilities. - Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. - A positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to delighting our clients. **What Else?**: In addition to Postman's pay-on-performance philosophy, and a flexible schedule working with a fun, collaborative team, Postman offers a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend.
