Recruitment Coordinator Contract About the Role As a Recruitment Coordinator Contract, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with recruiters, sourcing partners, and hiring managers to support recruitment operations. This role is focused on sourcing candidates and coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. In this Role, You Will Source candidates for IT and corporate roles using job boards, social media, and internal databases. Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies. Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using recruitment tools and Excel trackers. Support weekend hiring events and recruitment campaigns. What You Must Have to Be Considered 1.5 to 3.5 years of experience in recruitment coordination or sourcing. MBA/MSW (completed). Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job portals and social media platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools. A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, or global challenges. These Will Help You Succeed Experience supporting high-volume hiring or recruitment events. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment dashboards. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.
