Shift : US Shift (Afternoon or Night Shift)

Job Description:

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator with experience supporting global recruiting teams. The ideal candidate will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support US-based recruiters in scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining data accuracy in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Coordinate across multiple regions and time zones to ensure seamless recruiting operations.
  • Handle high-volume recruiting tasks while effectively prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
  • Assist with additional recruiting projects to support hiring initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure all documentation, communications, and system updates are accurate and timely.
  • Utilize HR tools such as Workday, iCIMS, Lever, or similar ATS systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of recruitment coordination experience (US shift preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting global recruiting teams.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a team player with a get-it-done attitude.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts to align with US business hours.
