Job Description: As a Recruitment Coordination Intern at ArborVitae, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team with various tasks. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, assisting in onboarding and training processes, and maintaining recruitment databases. Additionally, you will be involved in screening resumes, conducting initial candidate assessments, and supporting the overall hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers - Assist in onboarding and training processes for new hires - Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments - Support the overall hiring process with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Collaborate effectively in a team environment Qualifications: - Possess recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience with training and onboarding processes - Proficiency in using recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred ArborVitae is dedicated to simplifying recruitment processes and bridging the gap between top-tier talent and organizations in the healthcare and tech industries.
