Internship Overview:

As a HR Intern at Mahina, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources team in talent acquisition and HR operations and Data maintenance. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of HR, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge that will serve as a foundation for a successful career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

  • Utilize various channels (online job boards, LinkedIn, networking events) to identify and engage potential candidates.

Application Screening:

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

Operations:

  • Record keeping of all the interviews
  • Employee Engagement- Planning the calendar and help in executing the same
  • Compile and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about the recruitment process.
