Job Title: Recruiter Sourcing & Coordination (Off role)

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in HR coordination and sourcing

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter (Sourcing & Coordination) to join our HR team in Bellandur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through various job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly recruitment reports using Excel.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment coordination and documentation activities.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in HR coordination and sourcing.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data management, reporting, dashboards, etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to work from office (Bellandur, Bangalore).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in using recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of IT/non-IT recruitment processes.
