**Job Description**:
Snapshot of Your Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently to ensure a seamless process.-
- Provide scheduling support for talent acquisition team meetings.-
- Analyze recruitment data to derive valuable insights and contribute to process enhancement.- Develop and manage team documentation and sites for streamlined operations.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment coordination.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports

What You Will Need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Previous internship or coursework related to human resources or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.-
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.- Capability to assist with technical tasks such as updating SharePoint sites and creating PowerPoint presentations.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.- Willingness to learn new programs as required.- Capacity to handle diverse workloads and prioritize tasks while maintaining confidentiality.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Aptitude for recognizing and escalating pertinent issues, tasks, and requests.- Ability to interpret recruitment data effectively.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
