**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Targeting**: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and close high-value clients. Focus on long-term relationships and large, complex sales opportunities.
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify potential prospects through market research, networking, and referrals. Generate new business opportunities and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts. Ensure clear communication, and align solutions with clients’ business goals.
- **Solution Selling**: Understand client needs and challenges, and tailor the company’s solutions to provide maximum value. develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet client expectations.
- **Revenue Growth**: Meet and exceed sales targets for new accounts, driving significant revenue and growth for the company. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with marketing, product development, customer success, and support teams to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction.
- **Market Insight**: Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market needs. Use insights to influence sales strategies and positioning.
- **Reporting & Forecasting**: Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
