Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and articulate Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in the lead engagement process. The primary responsibility is to call potential customers, present our offerings effectively, and convince them to take the next step in the sales funnel. This role is ideal for someone who is smart, presentable, and has excellent spoken communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement & Calling

Call and follow up with leads received from various sources (online/offline campaigns, marketing, referrals, etc.)

Understand client requirements, pitch relevant projects or services, and generate interest.

Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and readiness to move forward.

Pitching & Communication

Deliver well-articulated and persuasive sales pitches over the phone and via video calls.

Clearly explain project features, USPs, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.

Handle basic client objections and build trust through product knowledge and professionalism.

Coordination & Scheduling

Schedule site visits or connect leads with on-ground sales teams for further discussion.

Maintain proper follow-up with clients until the lead is handed over or closed.

Ensure CRM or lead management tools are updated with each client interaction.

Client Interaction & Relationship Building

Serve as the first point of contact between the company and the client.

Maintain a courteous, helpful, and professional tone during all interactions.

Build rapport to keep prospects engaged through consistent follow-ups.

Reporting & Feedback

Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and lead status updates.

Share market and client feedback with the sales and marketing teams to improve pitch and strategy.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, polite, and well-presented

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software is a plus

Fluency in [Insert Relevant Languages if needed]

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role (real estate, hospitality, or services industry preferred)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
