
Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- **Accounting Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by day to day accounting in tally/ Zoho books.
- Bank and Cash Reconciliation
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Mainting a strict control and collection of receivables and followup
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Preparation and filing of GST and TDS on a monthly basis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
**Qualifications**:
- B.Com
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or accounting assistant.
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally, Zoho books and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
