**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**: Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a welcoming and courteous attitude. Handle incoming calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

**Patient Registration**: Assist in the registration of patients, ensuring that all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment book. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient scheduling of consultations and procedures.

**Information Dissemination**: Provide information to patients and visitors about hospital services, policies, and procedures, including fees, visiting hours, and location directions.

**Handling Inquiries**: Respond to inquiries from patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone, in a professional and helpful manner.

**Maintaining Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient registrations, appointments, and other relevant information.

**Support for Medical Staff**: Assist medical staff in organizing and managing patient flow, ensuring that appointments and consultations run smoothly.

**Administrative Tasks**: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Pleasant and professional appearance with a welcoming demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Fluency in English and any other local languages is an advantage.
