**Position Overview: Receptionist Cum Telecaller**

We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team as a **Receptionist Cum Telecaller**. In this dual role, you will handle both front desk responsibilities and telecalling tasks. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and multitasking abilities will contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization.

**Responsibilities:Receptionist Duties**:

- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome guests, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- **Phone Handling**: Manage incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area calendar.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Mail Handling**: Receive and distribute letters, packages, and other correspondence.
- **Front Desk Maintenance**: Keep the front desk tidy and presentable.

**Telecaller Duties**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
- **Customer Interaction**: Respond to inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and address any concerns.
- **Lead Generation**: Assist in lead generation efforts by gathering information about potential clients.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to promote our offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience as a receptionist or telecaller is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication.
- Organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment (phone system, computer, etc.).
- Customer service orientation.
- Multitasking skills.
- **Language Requirement**:

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
