**Job Title**: Receptionist cum Telecaller (Female Preferred)

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for client queries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings.
- Maintain client records, inquiries, and follow-up trackers.
- Assist in administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and maintain a professional environment.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: Plus Two / Graduate (B.A, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in **English, Malayalam** (spoken & written).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and ability to multitask.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in **telecalling, receptionist, or customer support roles** will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
