**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The Corporate Sales executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling Codeblu's corporate training solutions, including our LMS and training services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive B2B sales of Codeblu’s corporate training solutions (LMS and training programs) to corporate clients.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, develop a sales pipeline, and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding their training needs and offering tailored solutions (online & offline training).
- Present Codeblu’s LMS platform and training offerings in a clear and compelling way to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with corporate clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and inform management decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of corporate training needs and the ability to effectively communicate the value of training solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
