**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Managing Director.
- Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Manage office tasks such as expense tracking, vendor coordination, and basic project support.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and documentation.
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively manage priorities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Presentable and professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic tech tools.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
