**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and target new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales and revenue growth while meeting set targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations & Pitching**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s products and services.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate with potential clients to finalize contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align business goals and provide a seamless experience to clients.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track business development activities, maintain CRM records, and generate reports to assess sales performance and market insights.
- **Customer Feedback & Improvement**: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall client experience.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **2+ years** of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Sales Skills**: Demonstrated ability in sales, prospecting, lead conversion, and closing deals.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- **Negotiation & Persuasion**: Experience in negotiating contracts, managing client expectations, and closing high-value deals.
- **Problem-solving**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client challenges and offer suitable solutions.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business priorities.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a strong drive for achieving business goals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

- Yearly bonus
