**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our marketing services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales within a marketing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with lead generation tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
