
Direct Sales Executive

Actively engage in **field sales** and lead generation through **cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins**.
- Meet and convert prospective leads into sales through **property consultations and site visits**.
- Develop and maintain **relationships with clients** to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with developers to stay updated on inventory, pricing, offers, and project specifications.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties that match their budget and preferences.
- Meet or exceed monthly **sales targets** and maintain a healthy **pipeline of prospects**.
- Maintain accurate documentation and regularly update CRM tools with lead status and feedback.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **direct sales** or **real estate**.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and **communication skills**.
- Ability to understand and explain project details and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with **field work**.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
