Job Title: Telecaller Sales Representative
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products or services.
- Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team or generated through other sources.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Answer questions about products or services and address any concerns customers may have.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Prior experience in the relevant industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
