- **Lead Generation and Management**:Telesales Executives actively seek out potential customers through various methods, nurture leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- **Relationship Building**:They focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:They are responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- **Customer Service**:They provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:They stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- **Reporting and Feedback**:They maintain records of sales activities, provide feedback to the sales team, and contribute to the improvement of sales strategies.
