Job Title: Telesales Executive

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of selling products or services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by researching and identifying potential prospects.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services to potential customers.
- Document and update customer records in the company's database.
- Handle objections and address customer concerns to ensure a positive sales experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Work in a target-driven environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes.

Salary Range: INR 16,000 to 21,000 per month
