Job Title: Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling: Engage in outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our real estate properties.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, preferences, and financial capacity.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the property selection and purchase process.
- Follow-ups: Follow up with leads regularly to ensure timely closures and maintain long-term relationships.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Property Details: Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, payment plans, and any other information requested by clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth communication and sales closure.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to understand client requirements and provide personalized solutions.
- Persuasive Abilities: Strong selling and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into sales.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate sales platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of the local real estate market and property laws.
- Experience with telephonic customer engagement in high-value sales.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
