Experience Required: Minimum 6 months experience in sales or telesales

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales through effective telesales techniques
- Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant products/services
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Fluent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
- Great Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact and build relationships with clients.
- Oral and Written Communication: Proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
- Experience in Sales: Previous experience in sales is a must, with telesales being an added advantage.
- Convincing Skills: Ability to persuade potential clients and close deals.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to changes and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
- Highly Motivated: Strong drive and enthusiasm towards achieving sales targets.
