Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth? We are seeking a Customer Experience and Sales Specialist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Fulfillment:

- Ensure timely fulfillment of all orders received through the website, Amazon, and Flipkart platforms.
- Resolve any order-related issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with our warehouse and Emiza warehouse to streamline order processing.
- Maintain a daily orders dashboard to track and manage order fulfillment activities efficiently.
- Telesales and Customer Support:

- Provide comprehensive support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
- BoB Manager:

- Oversee the management of the BoB platform, including setting up discounts, templates, and catalog updates.
- Organize and execute events aimed at promoting product sales, targeting venues such as schools and malls.
- Create and manage Facebook ads tailored specifically for the BoB platform to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Digital and Offline Marketing:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute offline marketing campaigns effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales, order fulfillment, and customer support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and BoB.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights from sales dashboards.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate marketing strategies for both digital and offline channels.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
