**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Experience Management**: Greet guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner. Ensure guests feel valued and welcome throughout their dining experience.
- **Reservation Management**: Oversee reservations, including answering phone calls, confirming bookings, and managing guest preferences (e.g., special occasions, dietary restrictions).
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guests leave with a positive impression.
- **VIP and Loyalty Programs**: Manage relationships with repeat customers and VIP guests, ensuring personalized service and offering special perks or promotions.
- **Feedback Collection**: Actively seek guest feedback and communicate with management to ensure that any concerns are addressed and improvements are made.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service and the timely delivery of food and beverages.
- **Event Coordination Support**: Assist in managing special events, private dining bookings, and large group reservations, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Uphold the restaurant’s brand values and standards, ensuring that every guest's experience reflects the high-quality service and atmosphere of the restaurant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
