Currently, We are looking for an **Assistant BDM** in Basavanagudi - Bangalore.
**Designation / Position**: Assistant BDM
**Company Profile**: We are a startup ice cream manufacturer, Looking to create a market for b2b franchises. subscription & white label in ice cream, The manufacturing unit is based in Koramangala, it's not a very popular brand but quite new.
**Job Description for the position of Asst. BDM/BDM.**
We are looking for a passionate Asst. BDM/BDM to join our sales team. The Asst. BDM/BDM responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database and meeting sales targets.
To be successful as an Asst. BDM/BDM you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch Asst. BDM/BDM should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.
**Asst. BDM/BDM Responsibilities**:
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
**Asst. BDM/BDM Requirements**:
- Graduate with 2 to 4 years of sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Sales Software Programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
**CTC & Benefits**:
- Salary 3.6 Lakhs to 4.8 Lakhs Per Annum
