Business Development Manager’s role is to promote and expand company's services and generate sustainable business to the company.
As part of the Business Development team the BDM will have direct customer interaction, review and analyze specifications, develop detailed quotations with drawings (either to be proposed to the customer/from the customer) if required, and negotiate with customers to win projects. The BDM must be able to represent the Company in a positive manner, by being technical savvy and up to date on market developments.

**Responsibilities**:
To work as an integral and active component of the business development department and its functionalities
Generate and Develop leads
- Ability to find new customers/projects
Responsible for complete sales cycle from enquiry generation, order booking till payment collection
Nurture, build and maintain relationship with customers
Reporting of Sales Activities and to provide update of the sales funnel regularly
Make presentations, attend techno-commercial discussions and negotiations
Build rapport with Dealers, Architects and other influencers
Achieve sales targets on Monthly/Quarterly /Yearly Basis
Assist order execution and Statutory Documents
**Skills**:Must have a good understanding of the Electrical Contracts
Hands on experience in estimation and pricing BOM/BOQ that go to electrical contracts ranging from domestic, commercial and Annual Maintenance Services
Exposure and knowledge in technical specifications required for facilitating appropriate services
Good to have knowledge on low voltage and medium voltage wirings, panels, and components
Proficient in sales segments of Building, Electrical panels, Electrical contracts
Assertive communicator with good verbal, written communication, and analytical skills
- End to end project management activities right from project initiation stage till final product delivery
- Determine and define project scope and objectives as per customer requirement and needs.
- Determine project specifications by thorough study of performance standards, requirements and technical studies.
- Effectively communicate across business functions and different stakeholders
- Interact with suppliers and technicians to deliver according to the project deadlines.
- Interact with suppliers as needed for selecting components and clarifying technical queries
- Ensure execution of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures
- Interact with customers on regular basis, obtain feedback and implement actions to improve and sustain good customer relations.
- Manage collections from customers
- Build a healthy pipeline of projects for long term business growth
Ability to travel extensively
Qualifications:
6+ yrs. of relevant experience and sound knowledge of electrical products, technology, and market
Any Graduate (B.E/B.Tech in Electrical engineering will be preferred)
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
