**Designation: Area Sales Manager**

- Create area sales plans in alignment with business objectives
- Determine long
- and short-term sales goals
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Reports on area sales results
- Present our products through demonstrations and samples
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with prospects/new clients
- Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales closure
- Provide leadership on hiring and employee retention
- Provide support to team members
- Provide training to new salespeople
- Suggest new innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
**Qualifications for Sales Representative**:
- Proven work experience as an Area Sales Manager
- Ability to work individually
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
