About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our properties in Bangalore. As a dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of corporate revenue for assigned properties.

  • Pitch and close corporate accounts for daily, monthly, and long-stay bookings.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales funnel for weekday & long-stay corporate demand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high-potential companies within 57 km radius of each property and develop effective strategies to engage them.
  • Collaborate with Revenue & Operations teams to ensure client retention and effective pricing strategy.
  • Negotiate with local corporate accounts and handle invoicing coordination.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality/hotels.
  • Strong network with HR/Admin/Travel Heads across Bangalore corporates.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets at property/cluster level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BBA / BCom / Hotel Management / MBA degree.
  • Hands-on experience as an individual contributor with strong ownership.
Essential Skills
  • Strong B2B pitching and conversion ability.
  • Knowledge of corporate contracting & RFP cycles.
  • CRM hygiene and lead funnel management.
