**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Drive new business development through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience: Minimum 5+ years**in corporate sales, preferably in insurance broking or direct corporate sales in an insurance company.
- Proven track record of new business acquisition and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand insurance products and explain them effectively to clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
