- Having worked with 500+ clients and touch based with over 20 lakhs lives to date we are looking for a dynamic and committed Sales & Growth Intern- What you will do
- Generate leads and maintain the Database
- Work with the Sales Leadership Team and gain exposure to B2B sales strategies to penetrate the Corporate market and establish a strong relationship with HR, CHRO, CXOs, and relevant stakeholders.
- Preparation of Power Point Presentations and Proposals for Corporate Clients
- Being a part of negotiations and contractual discussions during the deal closure stage
- Work closely with the Partnership Team to help build and enhance relationships
- Working with the team to close agreements and associated paperwork- About You
- Current enrolment in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales, business development, and interest in workplace wellness.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and open to receiving constructive feedback
