Front Office Executive

**Greeting Visitors**: Welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- **Managing Phone Calls**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- **Handling Inquiries**: Respond to general inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees, providing accurate information and assistance.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Mail Management**: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- **Maintaining Reception Area**: Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms).
- **Visitor Management**: Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- **Security Compliance**: Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols, such as monitoring access control and issuing visitor badges.
- **Supporting Office Operations**: Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support office operations and enhance productivity.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with various departments for smooth operation and information flow.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- **Emergency Handling**: Act as a point of contact during emergencies, ensuring all protocols are followed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only
